Completely renovated and furnished in 2025, Civico 12 is a unique space that combines the warmth of Sicilian tradition with contemporary design. A bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a romantic double bed on the wooden mezzanine—ideal for couples or small groups of up to three.

Hot/cold air conditioning and a modern controlled mechanical ventilation system (CMV) ensure optimal comfort in any season. The entrance is independent and private, for maximum peace and quiet.

A camping cot is available upon request for the little ones. Civico 12 and Civico 16 can be rented together for groups of up to 7 people.
